I made the vest according to the size and it was totally wrong. It came out like 4 sizes smaller than what the pattern called for. Not a happy camper. An 11 year old could probably wear it. Grrrr

I haven’t even made it yet, but the size chart on the package is the craziest I’ve ever read. It says that a U.S. size 16 means a waist of 30”. I am 143 lbs at 5’7” with about a 30” waist, so I guess I will be making a size 16, which is the largest size they offer, even though almost everywhere else I’m an 8, and have never been more than a 10. If the measurements end up being accurate according to their sizes, that doesn’t seem like very inclusive sizing. So the sizing will end up either being very limited, or inaccurate. Or maybe both.
