Great Quality Barley with Real Health Benefits
This hulled barley is the real deal—wholesome, hearty, and surprisingly hard to find in stores. I'm glad I ordered it again after being pleased the first time. I use it in soups, salads, and even make a porridge out of it with some milk and fruit. It’s filling, tasty, and packed with fiber, which I’ve read may help regulate appetite and digestion. Yes, it takes a bit longer to cook (soaking overnight helps), but the rich texture and flavor are worth it. I even save the barley water to drink, adding a bit of lemon for a refreshing boost. If you're looking to eat clean and healthy, this is an excellent grain to add to your rotation.

Great source of hauled barley
Hulled barley it’s hard to come by. I was glad to see it offered. Fast shipping also I’d like to not only eat the green itself and salads and soups, but I drain the water to drink. I cook the barley one cup to 6 cups of water plus half of a lemon.

Natures Ozempic? Hopefully, but you can’t be spontaneous about this breakfast, sadly!
I read an article saying the closest thing food wise to Ozempic is the special fiber (beta-glucan) that is found in highest amounts in Barley and oats (google it if you don’t believe me!) , so I promptly ordered this organic barley since I will not be putting a syringe in my butt to lose some lbs! Only big drawback is: if you want to cook on stovetop instead of slow cooker or something, you need to soak it overnight, like beans, then cook/simmer for like 40 minutes, which is a drag! I make a huge batch beginning of week so I can use it on the daily to make a “porridge” of sorts with milk, slivered almonds, some fruit, and some stevia for sweetness. Super tasty and somehow fills me up for much longer than a big serving of all bran buds, even though the all bran has much more fiber. I’ll report back in a few months if there is any weight loss happening just from adding this to my diet.
