This stuff is fantastic
Excuse me while I take a moment to rave about this product. I was coming off a bad time. Crazy bad upper respiratory infection, which turned into a crazy bad sinus infection. I was sick for months, literally, just couldn't get rid of the congestion. One nostril was completely closed, and my ENT was starting to talk to me about surgery. On my last visit to my ENT, she suggested moving from Flonase to Nasonex (yes, much better), and moving from plain saline to Xlear. This stuff is amazing. It does exactly what it says it will do: it dislodges the mucus. Spray, blow, and so much stuff comes out. I feel like it has saved me, I'm actually feeling normal again. Only three possible downsides. 1. You tend to use a lot, and it's not cheap. 2. It can be psychologically addictive, because that clear sensation just feels so great, you want to feel that way all the time. It can be obsessive. 3. You do end up swallowing some of the solution, which contains Xylitol, which can upset your stomach. It does mine. I use fewer sprays each time now, and that cuts down on the amount I'm swallowing. Highly recommend.

Good for year round health and wellness
I would use this when I would come home, after a big event being around a lot of people, like parties. There is research to back up claims that if you use this daily, or even just after events you decrease your chances of getting sick quite nicely.

I always use it when my son is congested. It helps his respiratory system a lot, and after each pump, he feels much better.

Good product
I use this every day! I’m a teacher and I think this has helped my stay healthy through many coughing students. Does not burn or irritate.

Good but damaged
While I love this product, it came damaged. Sealed, but the tube inside was folded in half and wouldn’t pump. Luckily, I still had my last bottle so I swapped out the sprayer part. If I didn’t have my old bottle, I don’t think this pump would’ve worked. So weird.

Great for congestion and for general wet/runny nose issues. Add nattokinase for perfection.
