Natural, Works great, Highly recommended this, not oily / greasy like some other remedies.

Anybody that has experienced a serious case of "the roids" understands the discomfort and pain with even sitting being painful. I stand about 85% of my day and I had roids before I got into this field, but the incidents became more frequent after I went into this line of work. Fortunately, right now I am in a mild state so there is some inflammation there but nothing major like "golf ball central".That being said I have used the cream twice via intra-rectal application and it was easy to use via lubing the area with a "liquid lubricant" and a little on the nozzle for insertion. I prefer this cream/lotion versus the greasy jelly type of the non-natural products. The itching is down post treatment as is the swelling.I like that the ingredients are NATURAL and I had good experiences with witch hazel wipes which can be effective unless you have major golf balls going on and need the intra-rectal experience. I am guessing the intra-rectal with this product would obviously have more impact attacking this versus the mere wipes (mostly external).I have used other intra-rectal ointments that were less natural and various wipes in the past. I will hold on to this for a rougher moderate to severe roid period and give it another go to see how it tackles "golf ball city USA". I'll update the review after I have completed the course (so-to-speak).

This is a soothing cream, and the first one I've tried that uses Witch Hazel incorporated into the cream. I routinely use witch hazel, but use it on a pad when cleaning the area. It provides some shrinkage of the inflamed tissues, since it's an astringent, and makes everything feel better. This cream does much the same. When it's applied (after cleaning) it is soothing, and does a decent job of getting rid - or at least minimizing - the itch.It does not, however, provide much tissue shrinkage. Other creams typically use phenylephrine HCL to shrink the inflamed tissues. While the witch hazel in this does provide a bit of shrinkage, it's not close to what phenylephrine HCL provides.Still, the soothing and itch relief is worth 4 stars. It is quite pricey per ounce compared with even the brand name conventional creams, but the witch hazel component is unique to this, potentially justifying the cost.

As a mom hemmoroids are now an occasional part of my life & being a busy mom I don't like dealing with the pain, swelling or the discomfort that comes with the itching & burning when they flare up. I have tried a lot of pads, wipes creams, baths & natural remedies. So far this cream is performing above & beyond all the other remedies I've tried. The very 1st use this cream provided me more relief than the generic store brand I had been using & the relief lasted longer! My pain levels lessened, the itching & burning was soothed within minute & the swelling lessened over time & stayed down over the course of several hours. It is a smaller tube than the average hemmoroid cream but I also found I didn't need to use as much to get the desired result! Simple use, take cap off, use cap to break foil seal & put on the applicator. Best part this cream is not loaded with meds or chemicals but natural ingredients which makes me feel so much better about what I am putting in / on my body. I am very pleased with this product. This is of course my opinion based off of my personal experience & how my body responded to the cream so your experience may vary but I am hopeful my experience will help others try to make a decision on the effectiveness of this particular cream.Overall this is a good product thus far. I will update if things change. I did receive this product for free but that has in no way influenced my review. I depend on honest reviews to buy the best products I can within my budget! I've been dealing with these issues for about 6 years since my son was born. I'm a lady, and I shouldn't be dealing with any of this. So, I have tried pretty much everything to get relief. This works pretty well. It comes with the little applicator which I tend to use so I hooked it up. I did have relief from it, but I still need to use multiple products at once to get the most relief. I noticed the tiny holes at the very end of it were clogged the next day and it only came out the opposite end. That really doesn't bother me since I just needed to come out. This seems to have more natural ingredients which I'm a fan of. Overall, I noticed this did help me. It's hard to find a miracle product when you struggle with these and they sort of feel severe. Mine tend to be incredibly painful which ties into my poor food choices as well.

I appreciate that this is made from ingredients that are considered more natural and less chemical. I just wish that it did more. I would say that it is comparable to what witch hazel does, only in a cream form so it is on the job for a longer period of time. The effect it has on the problem is also comparable to witch hazel. It will help in soothing and reducing swelling a little, but this is not your main med for the proplem..at least not mine.

Unlike some recent creams I've gotten, this one has an applicator, which is nice if you don't feel like using your fingers. It's a longer one too, not the short ones like the national brands give you. Other than that it works pretty much like the other creams.

It did not work as expected, I used it as recommended by the manufacturer. I wouldn't buy this again

Used it for years. Have Colitis. Makes my skin feel normal. Can recommend for sure.

No effects at all, just like regular cream.

This product is fantastic. I like to use it while going on a long driving or flying trip, it works great as a preventative measure.
