I'm so happy with this purchase! It is a beautiful pan. Very durable & well made. It is thick & not flimsy. The coating is Fabulous & I have no problems with anything sticking. Everything bakes well & the clean up is so easy. I love the snap on lid! It keeps our food fresh until it's gone.

I have a few 9" x 12" baking pans, and this one is my favorite. So why do I prefer this pan to others I have?1) It is totally nonstick, and absolutely nothing sticks to it. With or without greasing it, baked goods easily pop out leaving nothing stuck to the pan.2) It's heavy duty without being heavy. I have ceramic coated and glass pans of this type that are much heavier, especially when they have food in them.3) The side handles make it so much easier to get this pan out of the oven, and the silicone inserts are a nice touch. Some of the pans of this type that I have don't have the handles. It's more difficult to get them in and out of the oven since you must hold the pan from the side and bottom. Sometimes this can be difficult without getting the pot holder or thumb of your glove into the contents.4) Although the product description states this pan is 3" high, it is actually 2 1/2" in height. Even so, most pans of the type are 2" or less in height. The extra height of this pan can make a difference for larger casseroles, cakes, and lasagna.Overall, I very much like this pan and would recommend it. Considering the quality of construction, I feel it will last a very long time.I hope this review was helpful for you.

We bought these to replace a similar set of Rachael Ray pans about 10 years old. The quality is great but the silicone handles eventually get discolored and start falling apart. We've had the new set for a couple of years now and they are holding up well. The price is reasonable so I don't mind replacing them every so often. They stack nicely and we have a full set of sheet pans and baking pans on one shelf of a cabinet.There is some discoloration on the bottoms where we roast vegetables and sausages. Metal utensils will scratch the enamel finish, but wood or silicone utensils are no problem. We cover with aluminum foil when baking ribs or fish.

Love this pan. The covered snaps on and off easily and is so handy. The pan feels substantial and is so easy to clean. Very pleased with this purchase.

Very happy with the appearance of this cake pan; I love the orange. My old ones from another brand had become dull and scratched, so my first impression was already positive. Lightweight but very sturdy. My test-run cake baked evenly and did not stick at all to the pan. I’ve had great experience with Rachael Ray bakeware in the past and expect no less here. Love the size and depth of this pan.

The pan is great! The lid though, isn't easy to get off.

I’ve used 4 times with NO spray required. Cleans easily. Cover snaps on securely. I wash by hand and will never use a sharp cutting tool on it.

I have ordered several pieces of these tonight and well placed I have more coming. I’m going to get rid of my old set. These are not heavy heavy but they definitely are strong and the handles make them so easy to use. I highly recommend them. They are perfect for baking or whatever you want to use them for
