The knife has arrived, and first impression is very good. The presentation is very good as a gift. No prices within the box just a with comps slip telling of use and cleaning etc and a note to thank you for buying. One thing for sure the image you see on line is not a good representation. It feels very good in the hand and I could see this would be a very good knife for many people, very safe as you hold with long grip if that makes sense. It also works well, when cutting, as a scraper, you can gather up the results of you work with its wide blade and put in the pot. This could be a real winner I think, very good so far. Yes , very impressive.

Gran bello strumento, curioso quanto sia spontaneo utilizzarlo. Realizzato con cura, e confezione semplice ma elegante. Fuori dal comune, ma se piace la sua particolarità lo consiglio.

It fits hands of all sizes really well - from my sausage fingers to the more petite - and smaller - in the family. The Once you get used to the immediacy of holding the knife above the food itself (it took me one go!), it really is safer and a great design for chopping and slicing.. and far quicker than those old-fashioned things with handles.
