The media could not be loaded.  This Is Overall a Great Chair‼️Easy to Assemble, Very Comforatble & Stylish‼️The Chair Doesnt Pump Very High so for Shorter People/Clients I Just Made a Pillow or you Can Buy 1 Thats Stylish like the Chair, Easy Fix.It was A Bit Stiff to Turn but i Just Sprayed the Turning Pole w/ WD40 & it Swings Pretty nice not to Stiff or Loose.Great for the Price Should Last.🤙🏽🤙🏽

This arrived late and with the wrong screws and the recline is broken. I've suffered a business fire and I've have to replace over $1,500 worth. Because this came late, I missed out on hundreds of dollars worth or services, AKA my paycheck. I had to buy replacement screws and managed to put it together just to find out the recline is broken. It lays back on its own, and although it will stay locked back until I release it with the lever, it doesn't stay locked upwards. I can't have my clients falling backwards during haircuts and it's important for me to be able to adjust the length it falls back due to my height and my for my clients comfortability. I had nothing to due with putting this part of the chair together as that part came pre-assembled. The only screws I had to replace were on the bottom of the base of the chair, so it shouldn't have any effect on that. I don't have the time or money to ship this back and wait for a replacement. I at least want a refund for my loss of time and services I could have provided while dealing with this hassle.

This was easy to assemble. It is beautiful, but the quality control for this company isn’t great. I received this chair, put it together, and everything seemed perfect. I had my husband sit in to check it out, and it was noticeably misaligned. The middle (back of seat) part’s holes are misaligned in two spots. The top holes to hold the head cushion and the back holes which attach it to the chair. I did contact the company and they wrote back about sending them pictures, which I did. They weren’t sent in the correct format, so it never went through. We’re passed the return mark so I’ll have to try and adjust it myself or deal with it. I gave it one star for being beautiful/ease of assembly and one star for the attempt the company made to make it right. Good luck if you order...on receiving a complete/no issues chair.

Eh...its stiff, hydraulics suck, stiff to swivel, arms and foot rest feel like cheap plastic and when pumped all the way up the chair chair squeaks as it edges down. As clients try to get out of chair it tilts forward almost throwing clients out of the chair.It is an attractive chair but already looking to replace it.

Chair is a lil wobbly when it’s reclined w/ a client in it. Doesn’t pump up high enough. Overall it’s good for a first time owner

I like the chair I just wish the foot rest didnt stick out so far and was more durable. yes i would recommend this chair for a home salon

This is the best chair. Specially I love the colour. Easy to install, very comfortable and 5 stars for the material.
