Item works great, installed easily, haven't used tech support.
Good price, good quality, has a fuse (which others do not). Ordering more.

I tested this unit before install.Now after being in service for about 1-24 hours, it will begin to power cycle every 4 seconds , it keeps unlocking the door, loudly... not good. I reached out to the manufacturer but had no response.The design is good but my unit is a dud.
