Finally found a wax that works for my sensitive skin
I recently tried the Jolen Sensitive Skin Facial Strip Wax and honestly I'm impressed. I have pretty sensitive skin, so I was a bit worried about how my skin would react. To my surprise, the strips were super gentle and didn't cause any redness or irritation which is a huge win in my book.I used these strips mainly on my upper lip and a bit on my eyebrows. The instructions are pretty straightforward and easy to follow. You just warm the strips between your hands, place them on the areas you want to wax, and then peel them off. It took a couple of tries to get the hang of it but once I did, the results were great. My skin felt so smooth afterwards and the hair removal lasted a solid couple of weeks.What I love most is that the strips come in a convenient pack of 16, so there's enough to tackle a few waxing sessions. Plus, cleanup is easy since there's no messy wax left behind. I didn’t find any sticky residue which is often a pain with other products. Overall if you have sensitive skin and are looking for an easy, effective way to wax at home, I definitely recommend giving Jolen a shot. It’s become my go-to for at-home facial waxing.

Very harsh in comparison
I've always used the veet , but chanced these jees they took skin off too , wouldnt recommend ,

Works on every hair!
Wax strips which actually work!!! FORGET Veet it’s overpriced and these are way better at attending to small hairs. Worth the buy seriously and doesn’t make my skin super red as Veet and other well known brands have done!

Not effective
NOPE. I remember this brand when in the early 2000s, I can't believe I had to learn my lesson AGAIN.. How is this still around?! This is a horrible brand. Not cost effective, nor effective..These suck. They don't hurt though lol.

Game changer. No more visits to the salon. Best thing is you can do it during night routine and set to go in the morning.

Shrinkflation strikes again!!!
I’ve been using Jolen wax strips for absolutely years. They have been great for upper lip between eyebrows and even underneath the eye eyebrows (I would cut a pair with a curve).They were so good I could even reuse the wax strips two or three times across these parts of my face before throwing away.Having recently stocked up with two packets so I wouldn’t run out, my first glance on pulling the strips out of the packet was that the area of the wax was smaller than before.And on using the strips I realise that the layer of wax is not as thick as it was, and patchy in places, meaning that I had to reuse the same strip over and over again in the same area to get all the hair off.I ended up using a pair of the strips all up on just my upper lip and between my eyebrows, and it wasn’t sticky enough to use again underneath my eyebrows, so I had to throw them away.Definitely an inferior product to what they were before. But they’ve probably halved the amount of wax they put on each strip so their profit margins are up anyway, hey?
