Just got it 3 days ago...put it in the freezer as instructed. I was so excited to have this - what a fantastic idea! Two hours later, we heard a loud pop/bang coming from our fridge. I looked around, not thinking of the chiller stick. The end had blown off!!! when it froze! Apparently, it was over filled with freezing gel in manufacturing. The stainless steel end blew off people!! and it was at eye level in the freezer on the top shelf. It was facing back and it must have hit the back wall of the freezer with such impact it boomeranged to the door. I found it on items on the door. It is defective and dangerous and who knows how many more are like that in this batch. If the timing had been different, it could have happened when we opened the freezer door and taken an eye out. DON"T BUY!!!! till they figure this out....

Very impressed by the product packaging, very sleek and elegant. I used it at the beach on a hot day. It kept the white wine nice and chilled for over 45 minutes in the hot sun. The size is perfect and easy to slip in my purse. With the high winds and sand blowing, the pourer made it easy to pour into my glass. I even tried it with a bottle of red. I was amazed on how it improved the taste and quality of the wine. I’m so excited to share this product with my friends and for gifts. I know they’re going to love it as much as I do. I highly recommend this company. They were prompt and efficient and followed up my purchase with a customer satisfaction email making sure it arrived in good time. Not as good as cheaper models. I was given a plastic cheap "winecycle". I wanted to upgrade. This isn't long enough to reach the last glass of wine- the one glass that gets hot when left out. I suppose it chills a little when you pour the glass. I was just disappointed.

I like this product just fine, takes some time to chill the wine and does't get super chill, but better than room temperature.

delivery was on time and as expected. there wasn't an appetizer book as the product is discribed. purchased for a gift so haven't used it yet.

Didn't feel like it worked very well. Would not recommend. Just use a big bowl filled with ice. That will do a better job.

I haven't tried this out because it was a gift. However, it looked nicely made and we'll put together.
