This is brilliant at keeping KP at bay, but consistency is the key. I have never had any reaction to this product and a little goes a long way-a larger size lasts several months. The only negative is it can take a while to sink in-I would still recommend it as it is good value for money,

I was eager to try this cream after reading good reviews of its properties to counteract dry skin, and decided to get the 500ml size as it's much better value. But I should have heeded the reviewers who warn that it comes without the pump attachment. I returned the first order because of this and then ordered it again, hoping that the second bottle would come with the fitting. But no. How ridiculous, to send out the bottle without a pump. Perhaps they are getting rid of a job lot. And there doesn't seem to be any way of contacting the company and asking for a pump to be supplied separately. Also, the packaging in which the bottle is sent is totally unsuitable - a cardboard envelope that is barely big enough and fit to burst - it arrived damaged both times. NOT IMPRESSED.

100% worth the money. I don't have KP but I do suffer from body acne and this has made such a difference. I had spots all over my butt, thighs and back and arms, some were just small red bumps and some large spots. I have been using for over a month and they're almost all gone/faded and my skin is no longer bumpy feeling.I use a salicylic acid cleanser in the shower and I lather it up on my skin and gently exfoliate my skin with a flannel (face cloth) and leave on for a couple of minutes. Then as soon as I'm out the shower I apply this lotion (before drying off) as I find that it's quite difficult to spread on dry skin and I end up using loads of it. Plus if you put moisturizer on wet skin it absorbs better and stops water loss from skin. Then I let it dry off naturally. I don't even use it every day maybe a couple times a week (2-4 times) especially if you have sensitive skin don't use everyday.Also, people have mentioned the smell. Personally I don't like fragrance in my skincare because it can be irritating. So the smell doesn't bother me. It's the kind of smell you can expect from prescription skincare. It goes away after a while and I personally don't mind it at all considering the results I've had.Overall I'm so glad I bought this as my acne is one of my biggest insecurities and this has helped big time. I Just wish I could use on my face acne and have the same results but you can't have everything I suppose.

Why does this lotion comes in a bottle with a seperate top which you then have to figure out how to afix onto the bottle after much confusion and fiddling about? Other than that, the product is excellent.

Like all moisturisers it takes awhile to show the desired result

I am a mature female and noticed the skin on my arms and legs were looking a bit crepey and skin tones uneven. My sister in law recommended this product and I have to say I am really pleased with the results. For the first time in years I went short sleeved this summer. It’s pleasant to use nice smell, rubs in with no stickiness. I use it morning and evening and it lasts leaving your skin soft and silky. Highly recommended
