LOVE these vitamins! Works great! My hair was thinning on the sides and is now filled in. My hair definately grows better and fuller. It's nice as well to get that boost of energy! Really that it is good quality ingredients. Easy to swallow and has no aftertaste.

I love this product! I've struggled with thin, fine hair, my whole life. I started this product, over a year ago and have found that my hair is actually thicker than it was. Clips that I used to use, no longer work, as they are too small for my hair! I take one a day, at night with my other pills. They are easy to swallow, and they must be strong enough to work, because it has made a HUGE difference in my hair. I saw this on TT from a girl I follow, who has beautiful, long hair, and while my hair isn't long and luxurious, it has taken a turn for the better. I feel like my hair is stronger and my hair dresser has even asked what I was doing. A little more pricey than some, however I feel like it is worth it. The vitamins are different than other products, and that, very well, may be the difference. I've repurchased this several times over. I will keep taking it!

UPDATE: The seller reached out and offered me a refund since I can't take these supplements. If you have hyperthyroidism, consult with your doctor, as the iodine can lead to higher T hormone production, which can be bad for those with HYPERthyroidism. I will say, this seller cares about it's customers and is very professional and compassionate. I'm writing a review just to point out that the iodine content doesn't actually help EVERYONE with thyroid issues. For hyperthyroidism (the one that mainly causes hair loss), synthetic iodine can disrupt your thyroid even further, causing it to product more T levels, which is the opposite of what you want. I'm only doing 3 stars and not 1 because it has helped my sister in law with her hair loss which is not androgenetic. I'll be giving these to her as I can't take them.

When I tell you I will NEVER stop taking this product. I used to be so insecure about my thinned out hairline at my temples and now I can wear it up with confidence. Progress is slow, but I started to see new growth in the first 4-6 months, and it continues rapidly and constantly the longer I'm on this product. I am obsessed!!! Worth the money for my newfound confidence. No belly upset or side effects either (too much zinc can cause that, make sure you're not getting a ton in your other multis). Consult with your provider if you have a thyroid problem, as this contains iodine.

I have been taking this product over a month now and I have not seen much change. My goal is to go for six months to see the real difference. At my two months mark I will come back again to update.

I don’t usually write reviews and I don’t think I’ve ever refilled a supplement but I truly think this one works! My hair loss has been bad over the last year and it’s greatly lessened since being consistent with this one and I only take 1 a day. I’ve also noticed a different in my lashes!

I had seen a lot of testimonial about this product, but I really kept my mind clear and looked to judge these vitamins solely based on how they worked on me. I can honestly say I felt a bit more energy, nothing major - just a general feeling on more lift in my step, a little more ease getting moving. I'm sensitive to caffeine, so I was hoping for some help with energy, but I definitely didn't want to feel like I was on a stimulant. These vitamins delivered - I feel a nice comfortable lift in energy, but definitely not a stimulant. After 2 weeks, I wasn't sure I notice a huge difference in my hair, but I took photos every Saturday morning (same time) and my 1st and 4th week photos definitely show a good inch+ of growth! That's a lot for me!! I'm mostly hoping this product helps thicken my hair a bit - my hair has always been a bit sparse or thin - you can more easily see my scalp on the top of my head, so I was hoping that would change. I'm in my early 40s now, so I don't want this issue to get worse. Getting into week 5 I'm seeing a small difference - baby hairs seem to be sticking up and my 1st and 5th week photos do show a small improvement. I anticipate this to be a bigger problem to solve, so I am excited to continue my Hair and Energy vitamins into the coming months. I have been so impressed by the REAL results that I ordered the Sugar and Metabolism vitamins. I've also ordered the Hair & Energy for my sister!

I wish I'd taken a before pic so I could compare! Been taking these for a month now and have seen a noticeable difference in my hair. I have thick curly hair that has been abused for years with too much bleach (natural colour is very dark) and I'm trying to get it back to health. There's obviously no product in the world that can help what's left of the bleached frazzled ends but the rest of my hair is super soft and shiny and has finally grown! My fringe has gone from cheekbone length to way past my chin in just weeks. My body hair is also growing incredibly quickly (LOL) but I don't mind as it just shows that these work! Also really easy to swallow as they're small and coated. Used to be sceptical about products like this but I'm a convert now. Will be reordering for sure

I’ve have been experiencing hair loss for the pass 2 years and have tried all sorts to try to prevent it. I have been taking these supplements for over 2 months and have definitely noticed a difference to the length of my hair. I am still loosing a lot during the day and when washing but it’s definitely grown in length a considerable amount! My eyebrow lady also noticed that the thickness of my eyebrows have improved over the last month, so possibly a bonus from taking these? I definitely feel they are worth trying if you are trying to grow your hair long rather than for hair loss.

I used these back in April and May and noticed my hair grew quite a bit in that time but was sceptical that it was actually due to some vitamins so stopped taking them. My hair recently started coming out in the shower and my hairbrush and looking a lot thinner so I started taking them again (approx 3 weeks ago) and I have already noticed a difference! My hair is coming out so much less, which I get quite often in the colder months (maybe because of changes in temperature/more central heating). It also feels thicker and healthier. Although I was sceptical before I can confirm they actually work!

So I've just nearing the end of my 3rd month with these tablets and I cannot claim record breaking hair growth like so many others or any growth at all. However...I have noticed a slight difference to my energy levels, so am happy to continue for that alone. I had high hopes for these tablets after seeing incredible before/after photos of other women using it and after wasting god knows how much on other so called hair growth products, this was my final attempt. Will be trying out their other tablet ranges however!

Super quick delivery and I liked that the vitamins were wrapped in paper and not plastic. It's not easy to get a multi-vitamin with good quality iodine, so I can't wait to try it.
