Not exactly but offhand I would say about 4 inches high and about 6 inches long and about 3 inches wide at the end of the wingspan. I have mine sitting in my Car dash and a White dragon that looks exactly like the blue one sitting on my Trucks dash. I get a lot of compliments about them

They're made of a durable plastic material. Not brittle, also non-bendable. I've bought these for my grandsons, aged 2,4,5,6,and 8 years !

Q: does it Glow under black light

I can't say since we don't have a black light in our home.

Q: Do you think this would be the appropriate size for a cake topper? I would probably put 2, this dragon and one other. Thanks so very much in advance for your reply.

Jodi's answer should be helpful to you. It's a beautifully made dragon that children would love to play with---if you plan to use it as a birthday cake topper, you need to have a large sheet cake. You can also find pkg. of smaller dragons that you can place on the top of the cake and then use as favors for the children who attend the party. Sounds as if you are a very creative parent! One of my grandsons is really into dragons; the other one is into dinosaurs! Little boys!
