High Suction power, easy to clean but needs improvements
Using for 4 years now. The product is good but some further improvements needed for India:1. Provide an adapter from 230V to 110V2. The exhaust air should have a chute so that it does not disturb the dust/per hair3. A brush, roller hear should be provided so that loose pet hair can be extracted and then suckedDespite these shortcomings, this is the best product I have seen for Pet hair.

Doesn’t work
Brand new opened it out of box and tried to use it . It was extremely loud and didn’t suck any of the hair, immediately after it made explosive sounds and I had internal debris of the machine floating around in the catchment.
