Pensavo che questa padella, avevo da tempo quella da 28 cm, fosse della stessa qualità dell'altra. Dall'utilizzo devo dire che non mi sembrano neanche sorelle, un peccato.

Dünnwandige Pfanne, daher keine Empfehlung !
Ich habe seit Jahren eine Ballarini-Pfanne mit Granitbeschichtung 24 cm, die im Unterschied zu dieser dickwandig und schwerer ist.Geliefert wurde eine dünne Alu-Pfanne mit optischer Granitbeschichtung. Da wurde enorm an Material gespart !Pfanne hat ein Gewicht - mit Verpackung - von 360 g.Pfanne geht heute noch zurück.Da ich Ballarini-Pfannen gut finde, habe ich jetzt die "Ballarini Bologna Granitium Pfanne - 20 cm" <https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00TXVLTXO> bestellt. Mal sehen wie diese vom Material her ist.
