It is a very soluble powder with no sweeteners or additives. If you add it to a cup of water you wont even notice a difference in viscosity or even that it is there...until you drink it. Can't really taste it but it has what you need and loaded with Branch Chain Amino Acids, Protein, the absolute lowest in calories of any product for the protein on the market.
