This works!
I had a bout with gout. My right big toe was extremely painful, making walking extremely painful and difficult. I read that this product would help relieve gout symptoms. With a huge amount of skepticism, but wanting relief, I purchased this product. Here is what I did....I started out taking two in the morning and two capsules in the evening. I did this for four days. My symptoms decreased until the fourth day when the symptoms were completely gone. I reduced my intake to one in the morning and one in the evening. I am completely symptom free! This is one supplement I can see results with. UPDATE: I am on a low carb diet, so I've been eating lots of red meat and cheese. Well...the gout came back and my right foot got hit pretty hard. So it's back to the four capsules per day, two in the morning, two at night. I started two days ago. Major relief after two days! I highly recommend this product. UPDATE: 30 December 2024...I ran out about two months ago and thought since I was gout free I'd just shine on repurchasing...what a mistake! My gout returned once again. This time it hit my right ankle and the past few days I have had great difficulty walking. Almost like my ankle is broken. Well, yesterday I got my reorder and immediately took four. As I write this, 12 hours later, I'm already feeling relief. I'll update in a week and let you know the final results. UPDATE: One year later...31 December 2025...Here's some sage advice. I had another bout with gout. I took two in the morning and two in the evening. Within one week I was able to walk pain free. Prior to that, I had difficulty walking...my left big toe was super painful. The joint was immobile. Today, after less than one week, I'm virtually pain free. If you have a problem with gout, this is your cure.
