Dependable quality
I bought this for my boyfriend and it has quickly become a staple in his routine. We’re already on our third bottle and the consistency has been great every time. The softgels are easy to take, don’t upset his stomach, and he feels a boost in daily energy and recovery. I trust the purity of this brand and will definitely keep repurchasing.

Good product, shipped fast
Ubiquinol -- which is basically an absorbable form of COQ-10 -- is a smart supplement to take as the years pile up. And if you are taking statins of any kind it is essential (didn't your doctor tell you?). I generally prefer BB's products as they use a minimum of fillers and excipients (i.e. junk) in their capsules. This product is no exception. I have no results to write about because I've been taking one a day for a long time and have no issues, thank God. --EDIT, March 17 2016: Came to reorder but disappointed that this is apparently a different formula, even though still "Kaneka QH." Either that or Bluebonnet is being more detailed in their disclosure. Guess there is a reason there is no longer a picture of the back label. Would not give it 5 stars today.

Blood pressure reduction
I cannot express how great this is for blood pressure. If you’ve tried everything else with no luck, give this a shot. 100mg was too much for me. It made my bp so low I was getting tired. 50mg is perfect. My bp now runs 115/70. I’ve given this to three older family memebers, the 100mg, all who have had the same great blood pressure lowering benefits. It will give you a little energy as it does speed up your mitochondrial cellular energy. It also reduced anxiety. I don’t go a day without it! I’ve also tried the NOW brand and it had absolutely no positive effect. Their capsules were a powder instead of liquid. Blue Bonnet is the best and worth the price.

Great vegetarian option (maybe the only option)
I recently learned the CO-Q10 I had been taking for quite some time is not the most useable form (available for absorption in the body). A search for the better one, ubiquinol, that was vegetarian-friendly proved challenging in health food stores and online (they’re all gelatin caps as far as I can tell) until I came across Bluebonnet. These are vegetarian softgels. They look weird, as many have pointed out, with the odd coloring, but I’m pleased to find the ubiquinol in veg caps. 3/23/20 update - received two more bottles today but this order was left in the driveway to bake in the Florida sun all afternoon. This is the first time since I’ve been a Prime member (many years) that the package wasn’t left at the front door (always shaded). New drivers in this pandemic making blunders galore.

Clears up the fogginess
I love CoQ10 with Ubiquinol. I use it for the brain fog I experience with my FMS. It really does have you get out of that foggy head feeling. I find the Bluebonnet brand to be very cost effective and the quality is great. I have also read that it is great for the cardiovascular system so that's always a plus. Have bought this several times and will continue to purchase.

Unnecessary Extra Red Color Added to the Softgels
The best thing about these Ubiquinol are first that they are the preferred form of CoQ10 for absorption (even without the pepperine added) and also especially that they are small and easy to swallow. However, that being said in their favor, I am considering switching brands next time 'round due to this brand adding unnecessary extra red dye to the gelcaps. This brand gives no explanation as to what may or may not be in that added coloring, and I believe some others have pointed out some unappealing possibilities as to what it comes from. Studies showing Ubiquinol is much better than the other more common variety of CoQ10 for absorption also show that Ubiquinol with pepperine is supposed to work even better in the medium to long run. Ubiquinol is better absorbed that the more common variety of CoQ10, even when the more common variety of CoQ10 includes pepperine, but it is optimal absorption to take the Ubiquinol with pepperine. The only big disadvantage to the Ubiquinol with added pepperine apparently is that the combination makes the softgel HUGE, and for some, uncomfortably large going down the throat. This product is definitely worth trying, experimenting with, and including in your rotation. I am glad to have it so that when I try a different brand of Ubiquinol, that includes pepperine next time, and if those softgels are too difficult to swallow because they are too large, I can always come back to these tiny softgels knowing their small size is a plus: But what a stupid mistake to add all of the extra bright red dye!

Excellent. I find it better then coQ10.
Originally my doctor suggested I use coQ10. Having tried coQ10 and finding it helpful for chronic exhaustion my doctor recommended I try this form. I definitely feel a difference. I take magnesium as well and the combo of the magnesium and the Ubiquinol has done wonders for my feeling cold as well. I have Raynauds syndrome and usually feel cold all winter with poor circulation in my hands and feet. This is the first winter in ages that I actually feel warm hands and feet. The Ubiquinol though has also increased my energy level and helps me get through the day.
