Good Mirin for a simple price!
Mirin! I live in a small town and hard to find but simple through Amazon. Tastes as it should and no additional ingredients. It was delivered with no leakage and works as it should. Best quality I could find on Amazon! 10 Stars!

More convenient than buying in the Asian mkt
Great price for the amount. I use for everything from marinades to salad dressing. Great on Salmon with a touch of soy sauce. Just enough sweetness, very to use with drip proof spout. Arrived with no leakage.

I am proficient in cooking with all Wine Vinegars of the world. Mirin is among the very best seasoning wine vinegars and cooking wines. It is built for sushi but is at home in almost all applications. Smooth, consistent flavor, well balanced seasoning and perfect for sushi. MIRIN is always in my cabinet. Top quality Xaxing Vinegar as well. Pomegranate vinegar and Persimmon vinegars are two of the healthiest right beside the old dependable Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother. I can talk about vinegars for hours as they are complex and wonderful making them necessary to all cooking. I like to match to the cuisine but this Mirin finds its way around the world of food with me. You will always be happy with Mirin.

After years of buying mirin at my local grocery store (in smaller bottles), I had to look online for this stuff because my local store hasn't had any in stock for months now. I was surprised - this exceeded my expectations, and was significantly cheaper. A must-have staple for any asian-style cooking, mirin comes in handy for fried rice, any glazed chicken dish, etc... And this product is perfect for it, with a price that can't be beat!

Who the heck buys 60 once containers of mirin? Well, if you enjoy the taste and prepare a lot of Asian meals you will appreciate this size of a container.

If you need a seasoned Mirin and not a true wine , this will do. A bit pricey for what you get.
