Gave this one star as there was parts missing from the bracket holding the fire upright. I was lucky the bracket from the previous fire fitted.

Received this today shipped in a fairly weak box thermostat valve sticking out from the box, sheered off. Damaged in transit. Perhaps it would be better to ship a box within a box, Amazon, take note!

Both original and replacement gave consistently inadequate heat and flickering flame, often going out. Checked with different valve and cylinder without improvement.
