I youst to wear egyptian musk when I was in high school back in the early 90's. That amazing smell recently popped into my head, so I ordered some from Amazon. I didn't realize how many different brands of egyptian musk their were. Also, so many different reviews. Reviews from 5 stars, down to 1 star. I decided to try a bunch of different brands, and see which one I liked the most. Out of the 7 different ones I bought, this one is the only one that smells exactly like I remember from back in the day. Unfortunately, not a single one of the other brands really had any smell at all. Some even smelled like burnt plastic and chemicals. If you are looking for the 90's egyptian musk smell, then this is the only one to buy. Also, this bottle was around the same price as all the other one's and this bottle is 3 times the size of the other's. This is hands down the best Egyptian musk for scent, price, and long lasting quality.

This Egyptian Musk Body Oil is just lovely. This is a scent that I wore back in the '90's. It smells so good and the scent lasts all day and longer. It is a great price. I bought some bottles to give as gifts as well.

Smells really good , doesn't smell like my favorite coty wild musk , however its a close second . Smells clean think I will like it.

I cant understand why there are comments that this product lasts. On receipt, I applied the oil under arm, chest and neck after shaving. There was little or no odor after half an hour or so. The next day I smelled only a slight odor from the bottle itself. Shaking the bottle to mix the congealed oil back into the fluid helped a bit. Waste of money in my opinion.

Very disappointed. I searched quite some time and read the various reviews to find real Egyptian Musk Oil. The real thing smells amazing. A subtle and exotic musk and as it is an essential oil, a little goes a long way. I got my last bottle at a Garden Botanica shop in the mall years ago and they're long gone so I came here. I placed my order and what I received was an unlabeled bottle, as pictured (I do appreciate it is not a roller top so I can mix it as is my wont into lotions and such). However, the scent isn't musk of any kind. It is flowery, very perfume-y. It reminds me more of White Linen perfume that my mother wears which isn't remotely a musky type perfume and nothing like Egyptian Musk should smell. Because this product is unlabeled, I don't know if this was another scent meant for someone else and sent to me, but this is not the musk I ordered and I will not order from them again. My search for a good replacement continues.

This doesn't smell musky at all, to me, but it's very nice just the same. Not a heavy smell, rather bright, light and simply fresh. Somebody other than the wearer would have to lean in to get a whiff of it. I like it and I'm very picky about my scents. This is nothing like Coty Musk Oil from back in the day, or other musk's. I hope my review is helpful!

Had a strange scent, wasn't much money. You getwhat u pay for, right

Hard to describe. I agree with those who say the fragrance doesn’t last long. I have worn musk for years but this scent is a little more spicy and smells okay at first but can barely smell it after an hour. Even stranger is my cats and friends cats have a strange reaction to it.
