When you buy a reusable air filter, one of the things you don't want to think about is the process of cleaning it. For a cabin air filter, that especially important. We spend a lot of time in our cars, and the air we breathe there is often already full of other's exhaust. It's good to know your system is at its best when it's trying to minimize the unwanted things we breathe!That's where this kit comes in, and it does an incredible job of making the cleaning process for the K&N Cabin Air Filter a breeze. The instructions are clear, the work slightly repetitious but the final product is worth the effort. My car smells like new and the air coming through the AC is crisp - I know I've got a product that'll last me a lifetime with regular maintenance!

This refresh kit works great in terms of cleaning the K&N cabin filter and refreshing it. The complete downfall however lies in the product bottles. The main cleaner bottle pump broke after a few pumps, and the refresher bottle pump locks up after depression. I did myself a favor and bought a set of Chemical Guys spray bottles and poured the contents of this kit into those bottles and labeled them.

It has a strange scent ,kind of lime opening an old suitcase my parents stowed away for years

I absolutely love KN products! All of them. However the spray bottles are terrible. The pump sprayer on both bottles became unusable after just a few squeezes. Transferred to Zep sprayer problem solved. At this price point, and the hassle of having to do this is frustrating. Please give a better sprayer.
