I wouldn’t advise it’s really designed for hard surfaces ie wood ect

Will this stop a ladder at around 30 degrees pitch from slipping on a flat roof?

I would have thought so. I have placed it on tiles and it does not slip. It is very good. I am assuming you mean a 60 degree pitch as 30 degrees would be dangerous.

Can it be use on sloped ground?

Guess it depends on how sloped the ground is. That said, I have used it on uneven ground/soil and in places with a slight slope and it never moved. Not had any issues, comes in very handy. It is heavy as basically it's a large lump of rubber.

From memory about 1 - 1.2m. But to me its plenty wide enough
