As I have gotten older, my sleep has not been where I want it to be. So, I have tried many sleep items, with little to no results. I have purchased Nutricost before with my sports supplement items, so I decided to try their valerian root. Well, let's say that I will never go to sleep without taking this brand of Valerian root again. It works wonderfully. Take that from an older dude that has been around long enough to remember that when I wanted to change the channel on the TV station, I got out of my chair and manually turned the dial.

These work great for me! About 30 minutes after I take them I'm getting relaxed! They also help with anxiety. They improved my sleep quality. I wake up groggy. I trust this brand. I buy a lot of Nutricost products. They do have a smell to them though. But to me it's not a problem. I do recommend them!

Good product and good experience

No effect and no valerian scent! Capsule does not smell like Valerian which has distinctive specific smell, even when I opened a capsule. DONT WASTE YOUR $$$$

Smells like dog poop, expected based on reviews.In terms of effect, it does make me sleep failrly quick and get a good couple hours deep sleep. However notice I wake up middle of the night and hard to get back to sleep when taking these,
