Been having trouble falling asleep quickly and then not very deeply.Never tried this before.Took 2 capsules and wow, this stuff put me out like a light in less than 19 minutes flat.My sleep was very deep and restful.I would defintely recommend this product...it works.

Great value great product
Have ordered these a number of times. My doctor has me do these, melatonin, and L-tryptophan for natural sleep aid. Works great. And Nutricost is a great line of supplements.
