Great product poor delivery.
I love the product but didn’t like the way it was packaged. The conditioner was in a huge bag with nothing wrapped around the product but a plastic bag. The conditioner leaked out and was all over the plastic bag. I think if it was packaged better, there wouldn’t be a leakage. This is an expensive conditioner. More care should be placed in delivering the product.

poor packaging, leakage
The conditioner came with the pump installed with nothing to prevent the pump from engaging. A good bit of the conditioner spilled out because it was just floating around in the box. Very misleading since the product photo shows a screw cap.
