Fixodent Plus Truefeel Denture Adhesive Cream 2 Oz

Great product and last all day

For the 3 years I've had dentures, I've 'tested' several different products. This is my favorite, so far....but the price is out of control. NOT affordable by any stretch. I've had one product that was recalled, a couple that were just messy and nasty, one that tasted like a garbage disposal. The price on this one I can only assume is because it's being discontinued or they think they can get it. Not me, I have found a substitute for a much better price. I will just have to deal with messy I guess...for now.

Most people seem to think it doesn't last an hour. I find if I put it in at 10:00 AM I have to reapply it around 8:30 PM, so it is not the best, but OK. However, I find I will not shop with this wretched company again because of their unnecessary packaging.Pharmapacks presumably thinks it is shipping valuable cargo and must use a box that a stick of dynamite wouldn't open. I broke two nail, trying to pry it open. No luck. I took a butter knife and tried to get it under that heavy glue. No success! I finally took a sharp blade knife and crammed it between the cursed flaps and the box and when it came through, it cut my hand. When I finally clean up the wound and returned to see what my prize was, it was one little tube of Fixodent.In comparison; at the same time I bought two tubes of Poligrip from Amazon and it astutely came in a small box that opens just like an ordinary box. THis is the 2nd time they have sent my product in these boxes. What is up with Pharmapacks security boxes?

Denture adhesive is a necessary evil. This one has no flavor, no color, and no (added) zinc. Small, easy-to-use dispensing tip. Decent hold. Unfortunately, this particular product has gotten very hard to find, and has more than doubled in price! And, to add insult to injury, it won't arrive for 2 months!

This product is used for denture adhesion. I prefer the Fixodent with the narrow applicator tip. It is less messy.

My favorite Fixodent but getting almost impossible to find and way overpriced!

The adhesive firmly holds dentures so that food and drink can be consumed and enjoyed. The adhesive does not conflict with food tastes. Holds throughout a busy day without problems before end of day.

Followed the directions perfectly. Waited half an hr for my meal and half way through my meal, my denture lifted and on both sides so I needed to remove it the rest of the way. Unfortunately, the directions say only apply adhesive once daily. Am returning for a refund.
