I'm no barber, but . . .
Great assortment of items contained in this order. It's a do-it-yourself kit for grooming ear to ear, and nose to chin! Strong power, light weight, and good value for the money.

Excellent Beard Trimmer - Highly Impressed!
I recently purchased the Wahl beard trimmer, and it has exceeded my expectations! The build quality is outstanding, with a sturdy feel that gives confidence it will last for a long time. The blades are sharp and precise, delivering a clean and even trim every time. The adjustable settings make it easy to achieve the exact length I want, and the trimmer handles everything from shaping to detailing effortlessly. The battery life is fantastic, lasting through multiple uses before needing a charge, which is a big plus. This trimmer is a game-changer for maintaining a well-groomed look. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality trimmer!

So far, so good
This is a very nice trimmer at a budget price, and it completely changed my perception of what a Ni-Cd powered trimmer could be.My only other experience with a Ni-Cd powered trimmer was the gawdawful Remington PG6020, which I thought I was getting at a good price at my local Kohls. They charged $22 for it a full price, and I used one of those $10 gift cards they periodically mail to houses in my neighborhood to bring it down to around $13. Holy cow that was a waste of money. The attachments were hard to use, most of them were useless, and the trimmer was only usable for a couple of minutes after several hours of charging. I used it once, lost the charger somewhere, and decided to cut my losses and just chuck that piece of crap. That little episode impressed some thoughts into me: 1) That despite the cool premium-sounding name, Remington is willing to release a completely crap product to the masses, and 2) Kohls is as crappy a department store as I expected when they first moved into my neighborhood if they had the gall to sell that trimmer. Nowadays, I only go there to spend those $10 gift cards on socks because most other things in that store are just too expensive and not worth the asking price.Anyway, onto this Wahl. After a few months of usage, I'm quite impressed by it.First off, though the instructions say to charge overnight before use, the trimmer had enough battery power for your first trim coming right out of the box. (I would still follow the instructions and charge it first.) And indeed, that battery power is no fluke. So far, I've been able to use this Wahl trimmer on average 1.5 months before needing to charge it (I typically trim 1-3 times a week). Not too shabby. The trimmer itself is quite powerful, and, with or without the included combs, will make short work of trimming even the hardest and most stubborn hairs on your face. And though it's a bit loud, you're not living with this noise 24/7, so why should you care so much about how much noise it makes while trimming? And one of the best attributes is that you can use this trimmer when its battery has drained and is being charged, something that POS Remington couldn't do.Overall, I really can't ask more from a trimmer at this price.I can only think of a few negatives, one being the quality of the included combs. They're made of a pretty cheap and hard plastic as other reviews have stated. I try to be gentle and not rip them off the trimmer to prolong their life. The packaging that the trimmer comes in is also a pain in the butt to take off, and potentially dangerous as you're opening it. Don't rip through it to get to your new trimmer, or you might suffer a nasty cut from a sharp plastic packaging edge.

Long life in this trimmer.
Great trimmer! I bought one Oct 2020 and have been using it since. Battery/trimmers still work well. I just ordered a new one because the blades on the trimmer are now getting dull after 4.5 years of use. Highly recommend.

Another great Wahl product
Easy to use. Trims beards great. Lots of attachments.

Light duty at best...
I am hoping to help someone out with this...The big takeaway: this is a lightweight small duty trimmer. If you have a close cropped manicured beard, it might be just fine. For anything more it is very underpowered. I have more of a mountain man type of beard and it was the wrong choice. It feels kinda flimsy compared to my previous trimmer (also a Wahl), but I guess only time can speak to durability.

Earned good reputation.
This is the 2nd Wahl Trimmer I have had. The last one lasted over 10 years. I only bought this replacement because the old one had lost its sharpness. This product has everything needed for total men’s grooming

Overall not bad but doesn't cut close enough
I replaced a broken 15 year old Wahl trimmer as it died for the last time. I like the quality of Wahl products and so purchased this as it seemed the closest to what I wanted. Many attachments, and way more than I'll ever use. It seems that it wants to be more than a trimmer and it fails as an overall clipper. Very budget oriented packaging which is fine with me. Pretty eco friendly. For me, this is a loser as a trimmer. I don't shave but 2-3 times a year. My old trimmer kept a 1 day stubble look well, but would 'nip' my neck occasionally. This does not cut with the same efficiency as the old one and not as close. More like 3 day stubble. With the trimmer attachments it doesn't cut as efficiently as my old one either. It was quick and easy to get my trimming done. This doesn't cut as 'aggressively' when trimming and takes 2-3 times as long to get the same work done. The transition from 1 day stubble to trimmed goatee, now looks more sloppy and shall we say I have 'blurred lines'. Less distinction between goatee and 'shaved' face. The nose trimmer works well. I used one 50 years ago and it pulled hair out. This does a nice 'clip job'. Not sure I'll continue using it as a pair of scissors has worked since I started to shave.Overall it's ok. But, not a hit with me.
