I've been eating 2 biscuits (one package) with my morning tea. Somedays, I may have another in the early evening.It does what I need it to do. I was hesitant to buy the metamucil powder. since I don't like drinking similar powders and mixes. It's an easy way to get fiber. I like how convenient these will be while traveling.Is it profound? No, but it makes my life easier.As far as the taste, it's not the tastiest biscuit I've ever had, but it's an easy way to consume fiber. So far I've tried the cinnamon and chocolate. The chocolate tastes like the out side of an Oreo. The cinnamon is more like a cinnamon flavored graham cracker.

4 grams of sugar is not bad, and I'm a type 1 diabetic. I bought these to have with my morning coffee, they are small, so for me the size is perfect because I'm not really a big breakfast eater, just need a snack to get me through til lunch. The chocolate is not bad, it's just bland, and someone described it as how an oreo taste without the creme filling, that's fairly accurate, but slightly more bland. Getting 25% of your daily fiber with 2 small cookies is a good start to your day, and it's pretty low in calories. So far none of the packs are broken, they were packaged well and fresh. Definitely give it 4 stars, would give 5 if taste could be improved, but by no means am I saying it taste bad, I would and probably will reorder again.
