Ok so this is by far the best customer service I have EVER experienced. When I received the product, my husband put it together. One of the legs wouldn’t stay in. (It was completely our fault for not watching the videos that the creator had on his website). I called the number that was located in the box to call if I had any issues. The actual owner called me back personally. First off, I was surprised at that! He was so kind! He walked me through the entire process and told me to call him back anytime with any issues. He meant that! I ended up calling again just for a question I had and he was quick to return my call again. You don’t find that these days. Not only is it great customer service but the product is wonderful! I no longer have to lug large jugs around to water my dogs. I just push the container (it’s on wheels, that lock and unlock) over to my sink and fill it with water! My dogs love it, I love it. I know it’s a little expensive, but it’s sooo worth it. Do yourself a favor if you have pets, buy this!

I received my critter cooler and set it up. I love it! I have had a couple problems but one email and I received a phone call back immediately and the problem was resolved. Customer service for this product is outstanding I do wish there was an insert that I could lift out to clean daily. I ordered the insert that they sell but they are attached to the water drain and the water hose so it is time consuming to clean. This is one of the best products I have purchased for my pets. Wouldnt be without it!

I love this watering container. I had been looking at this for months prior to buying it. I just couldn’t justify the cost until I realized how much I would be spending to replace my 2 gravity water dishes. It would cost me just a little more. This is on wheels and opens at the top, just remember to turn off the valve or you will have water everywhere. It is easy to clean. Just pop out the plug and drain the water in the dish and wipe it out. This is a heavy duty bucket. We use the same style bucket for our compost pickup service that includes a ratchet lock on the lid which makes it animal proof. I know it will last long because a bear has gotten into the compost bucket and dented it but did not break it and the dent popped out but is wasn’t easy.The best thing about this watering container is the customer service. It came very well packaged. Tightly packed with tightly pack newspaper rather than plastic or styrofoam. I recycled the newspaper. The base was broken at where one of the wheels attaches. It could have been glued back together but not sure how stable it would have been. I emailed the company to get advice and they immediately replied, apologized and mailed out a replacement part. I will probably still try to fix the broken one.Also I did not realize that they include several replacement gaskets for the lid. This is amazing! Most companies this is where they get you is replacing these little things. I plan on buying a 3.5 gallon container for use outside in the future.Thank you!

I love the concept but the rubber rings kept shifting and it leaked, even after following video instructions. Seller was VERY accommodating and gracious and sent me new parts, which I really appreciated but it still leaked because the rounded rings constantly shifted. My husband had to make flat o-rings to replace the rubber ones because it would not stop leaking, even with new parts I received. I wish the water bowl was removable because it’s hard to keep (it) clean with crevices that hold dirt. Other than that, it’s a great product. We use the larger container for 2 small and 2 large dogs and it lasts a week, which is fantastic!

If I could give this item 6 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. At first, you might think it is a little expensive for a watering system for your pets, and I was a little hesitant ------- but I am so glad I did. I purchased the 5 gal. Critter Cooler, delivery was quick, the product is very sturdy and well made with top grade materials. Instructions for use were very clear, came with extra large size 0 rings and even directs you to a video that explains everything and shows how to make it very easy to fit the top on correctly. It took me literally 15 minutes to get this together and working, and my dogs now have constant cool water. I keep mine in the kitchen, throw in ice cubes and fill with water and in less than 5 minutes, the cooler is refilled and refreshed. This is a well thought out product, can't think of anything that it is lacking. A person can end up spending much more on other dog watering systems, such as the fountain type, where the pumps can fail and need to be replaced. This critter cooler has no pumps to break, plus it keeps the water fresh and cool and nothing "electrical" to consider. You pay for this once and then use it forever without having to replace expensive parts. Makes good sense to me. I plan to purchase another for use on my outdoor patio this summer. My cooler takes care of my husky and 3 pugs! They all love the cool water! LyndaIT HAS BEEN 2 YEARS SINCE I PURCHASED THIS ITEM and I am still just as enthusiastic about my review. Even though it came with an extra O ring, I have not yet had to replace the original. I still keep it in the kitchen --- throw ice into it, roll it over to my kitchen sink and fill the container using the sink hose. No mess, no lifting ---- then screw the top on and roll it back to its position in the kitchen. My 3 pug dogs line up to drink from it like it was the office water cooler! so cute. My husky has since passed away, but this was fantastic for her also. After 2 years, I still highly recommend this item.
