Magic Coat Heat Reflective Paint (20 L, White)

I reside under a double slab roof. During the summer season the slab stores heat during the day, and radiates it into my rooms for the rest of the evening and night.This reflective paint has resolved this problem to a certain extent. My slab now remains less hot, and less heat radiates from it. My house is cooler by 1 to 3°C, which makes a noticeable difference, but it is still hot. I initially covered the roof with a layer of primer, and then I applied 2 coats of the reflective paint. I am relatively satisfied with the product. Let us hope it lasts a few years. I reside in H.P, at an elevation of 1,200 meters.

Had Ordered 2 cans of 20 lt each. Applied 2 coats. Was Absolutely satisisfied with the results initially. Heat inside the house dropped drastically, though did not actually measure the drop.Also after applying the paint the surface temperature of the roof became drastically lower then the surface where it had not been applied.However, the coatings lasted for only 1 season as against at least 3 promised by the manufacturers. By the second year and before the 2nd rainy season, most of the coating had washed away. I recommend the usage of this paint to whoever who might be interested in the product but consider it's application life of maximum 1 year only.

Not only does it help in cooling, it also protects pipes from rusting. It also helps in cooling the water in tanks in summers and also helps to maintain it in winters further reducing the bills of both AC and heater .

Good quality product...really effective..used many brands but no result.. thanks to magic coat team...it really did good job.. must try
