What is your best product for exterior paint oxidation?

Paint oxidation occurs when your clear coat starts to peel off. I guess your best bet is to bring it to a car paint shop. If you know what your doing, you can use a clay detailer to remove the oxidation then use your car polish or wax then apply it to your car’s paint to polish it.

Will it leave a white haze on black rubber window trims and black plastic?

No it doesn't leave white. This is a great product. The Zymol products I've tried are mostly clear and don't leave white residue either. I stopped using products that do that. Mequires makes a "Black" product for black colored plastics and it does a great job at cleaning and renewing those.

Can this be used for outdoor chairs and yard decorations (wind spinners)?

We recommend using it on automobile surfaces only.
