I bought this for my son's birthday. The Mighty Carver exceeded my expectations in quality, affordability, easy to use, and fun!! He's an outdoorsman and was so intrigued by the Mighty Carver that he fried a turkey the next day to try it out! Highly recommend, can't wait to surprise everyone at Thanksgiving.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the Mighty Carver Chainsaw Knife deserves some serious praise. This thing is an absolute showstopper—equal parts functional tool and conversation piece. Whether you’re carving a Thanksgiving turkey, slicing brisket, or just showing off at a BBQ, it adds a fun, badass twist. But don’t let the playful look fool you—this knife is legit. The blades are sharp, and the handle gives great control. It powered through a 20-pound turkey like it was butter and gave me clean slices without the usual hacking. My husband loves gimmicks, and it turns out that that is what this knife is. The blades dulled to the point of being useless before even getting through our prime rib at Christmas; we had to pull out the cold carving set and finish the job the old-fashioned way. Great conversation piece and looks cool, but at this point that is its only value. If we were actually going to keep this before throwing it out it also needs some kind of case to store it in. Update-- This company really stands behind their product. After my review published, they contacted me and made arrangements to send new blades. The replacement blades arrived (two sets!) free of charge. We haven't used them yet but have great expectations. Thank you, Mighty Carver!

Definitely an eyebrow raiser when you whip this out! Was surprisingly hard to get the blades on but other than that … works well. Easy to clean, that’s a plus .

We pulled this carver out at Thanksgiving and gave our teenagers a chuckle. It actually carves ham or turkey. Not loud, sounds like a regular carver.

Plugged it in and did not work right out of the box. Did not even get to use it once. You would think for $80 this would at least work. I have cheaper electric knives work at lest and better than this thing. Sad that you get a product that won’t work at least once when you plug it in. Don’t waste your money!
