YGS-Tech Super Bright 60 Watts UV Black Light LED Strip, 16.4FT/5M 3528 300LEDs 395nm-405nm Non-Waterproof Blacklight with Power Supply, for Night Fishing, Black Party

I used these black light LEDs as underglow for my arcade machine. The accent colors of the cabinet are blue and purple so I figured the purple light would look good and not be too bright.These LEDs are truly within the black light spectrum and will make white and fluorescent colored items glow in the dark. It should be known that because of this, they will never be super bright. They are however, bright enough to be seen during the day, and are exceptional with the lights off.I cut the LED strip many times and re-soldered using thin guage wire at all junctions where I wanted the strip to change directions. The solder pads readily accepted solder and did not overheat or burn as some cheap strips do. There are two solder points per junction.I adhered the LEDs to my machine using the self adhesive tape on the back of the strip. They stuck firmly to plastic, plywood and the rough edge of particle board. I cleaned the surface as well as I could and pressed the tape onto the surfaces. The tape has remained firmly attached, without any maintenance.I have around a week of continuous use of these lights. All LEDs worked when the strip was new, and they all still light up with the same intensity as new. There are no dead or dim LEDs.

They are pretty bright and made uranium glass look nice. Good value for the money the strip was longer than I needed but you can cut it if necessary.

5 gallon bucket from home depot, silver ducting tape from Home Depot, some kind of drill to make a hole in the top for the plug, job done. Would recommend to anyone wanting to do the same.

I bought these lights to cure my resin hollow prints since the product description says they may be used for this and some reviews also mention that its possible, although my lights did NOT cure my hollow resin prints. I left the lights turned on all night inside my hollow SLA prints, and they still smell and have an uncured liquid resin layer inside them! I am very disappointed.I had left them for a few minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and after not seeing any results, I decided to leave them in there all night. The following day, they still have a strong smell of resin, i poke around inside the print and the resin is still in liquid form, indicating that the UV light is not of the correct wavelength (405nm).This product is unreliable as some reviews also say similar things about the light color, etc.

Bought these for my curing rig and they do in fact UV-cure 405nm Photopolymer resins (I've used these to cure Elegoo and Anycubic brands at this point). This was just the right amount to line the inside of a 2 gal. paint bucket with about 3/4 of an inch between rows spiraling down.The adhesive was a little weird, some of it peeled off but it left enough adhesive behind on the strips to adhere anyway so I guess I can't really ding it for that.

The media could not be loaded. The Good - these lights are SUPER bright and work excellent for night fishing. Since I bought them for that purpose, I can’t complain because they overperform for the price in my opinion. But that’s the only positive.The Bad - the adhesive backing is absolute garbage and didn’t last a day before it was falling off my boat. I prepped the surface as directed but it made no difference. Also, while trying to peel the backing off to apply the strip it was taking the adhesive off with the backing, the first sign it was garbage. Next, these strips are pieced together in the cheapest way possible and they break apart on their own way too easily so you’d be wise to buy some 10mm 2-pin strip connectors as a precaution.So to wrap it up, don’t rely on the adhesive backing to mount these and make sure you get connectors for when they break (because they will break) and these are well worth the price for the UV quality and brightness they provide. I highly recommend them for night fishing as you can see in the video. The line illuminates a good 15ft from the boat off these lights.

I only used mine about 3 days time and now it only flashes intermittently. Upon further investigation it had a bulging capacitor in the power supply. Having to buy a replacement now and hope it's better than the last

A simple product. Hard to get it wrong, and this got it right. Easy to use, you can leave it as the full strip or cut it into smaller pieces and solder them together. Comes with a wall-wart style AC adapter. Still waiting on my printer so I haven't gotten to use it yet but everything looks good.Be careful staring right at these things, they're pretty bright! The near-UV light is probably not good for your eyes if you look at them too long.
