Run cool, good build quality...
Providing you use small calibre wires to connect to them you won't encounter the grumbles some other reviewers have highlighted. The terminals are dainty, and are not designed to take domestic mains copper like you would use in a ceiling rose or wall switch. Purchase a little 0.5mm²~0.75mm² (18 gauge) insulated wire and join that to these lamps, and then link it to your supply. What I really like about these is that they run nice and cool. Heat is your worst enemy with any LED assembly. None the less I cannot comment on longevity with anything of this nature until a couple of years have gone by! You could always take it apart and fit a small neon bulb in there if the LED units fail.
