Clinique Almost Lipstick Tinted Lip Balm in 3 Iconic Shades Black Honey, Pink, and Nude Honey | Sheer + Lightweight

This product is gorgeous and hydrating. It is also buildable and you can achieve a bolder color with several layers if that is what you want. I find it to be a great “everyday wear” lip color. I was intimidated by how dark it looked at first, but it does not transfer on dark. It is very flattering.

I have used this product for many years in the shade of Black Honey. It is a high quality product which may cost a bit more but is so worth it. It does go on sale from time to time and is available in GWP (gift with purchase) travel sizes. The color is beautiful, stays put, is moisturizing, and goes with everything. It's now available in Pink and Nude Honey. While I prefer the Black Honey shade, the other colors are really nice as well.

Beautiful shade of sheer darker burgundy on my lips when applied. Lovely with gloss. As always Clinique is a high quality product. Stays on my lips for quite a long time and doesn't dry my lips out with a nice texture. I will buy this product again because the price was in line with other products of this quality. Very satisfied.

Love this so much I gave it as a gift and they loved it. The color changes to suit any person's lip color. It can go from a deep predish-purple to a soft pink gloss. Leaves my lips feeling moisturized and the perfect amount of color.

Narrowing down my makeup since I don’t wear as much anymore. Got tired of most lipsticks - too drying and want a more subtle look, lip gloss doesn’t last. This is perfect. Thin tube makes it easy to apply, moisturizing and lasts reasonably long, also buildable. Love the black honey and plan to order the pink.

Truly timeless --- first time I wore it was in the 70s!!! Thrilled when it was re-continued! Magically universal. Got SO many compliments. I am a pale, blue-eyed blonde, 70 years old. I gave one to a friend, mixed-race, dark brunette, 50-ish, and it was great on her. And her friends loved it and got it for themselves. Have given to others, it really looks terrific on everyone. Also, it's a terrific balm. To date, I've used only the original Black Honey. It's perfect for those really low-maintenance days, just a swipe to elevate your look. It might be too cool for red-heads, the Nude seems to be warmer. Haven't tried the Pink; the Black gives me "just enough" color without being too much. I would give it more stars if possible. Believe all the other positive reviews!!!

I bought this on a whim. The description, “almost lipstick,” intrigued me. Also, I live in the northeast U.S. and it’s winter here so any chapstick/ lip moisturizer is a must. This has quickly become my go-to lip balm. It is just a splash of color, enough to give the healthy glow we are all looking for. It feels weightless and silky on my lips, and fits into even my smaller clutch bags.

It feels super smooth and hydrating, like a lip balm, but with the perfect hint of color that makes lips look healthy and polished. I love that it’s lightweight, not sticky at all, and easy to reapply. It has definitely become my go-to for everyday wear — simple, elegant, and timeless.
