This one exceeds my expectations.The lightweight design (only 6.4 oz!) makes it effortless to wear around my neck for extended periods. The Caribbean Blue tube is not only stylish but also easy to clean.Performance-wise, this stethoscope delivers clear and crisp sounds, allowing me to accurately assess heart, lung, and bowel sounds. The diaphragm and bell sides provide excellent sound quality, and the non-chill rim ensures patient comfort.What I appreciate most is the value for money. As a student, I didn't want to break the bank, but I still needed a high-quality stethoscope. This Littmann Lightweight II S.E. strikes the perfect balance.

this stethoscope is amazing! amazing sound quality and when i hold it i don’t hear my fingers crack! lol. i switched to this brand from the MDF lightweight stethoscope and littman just feels more high quality and reduces outside noise. it feels very light but the diaphragm has a good weight to it. it is also very comfortable to wear in your ears, i have small ears so i was worried the buds wouldn’t fit but they are perfect!

After retirement I wanted to have a new Litman, opting for the less expensive, suitable for my needs. Well worth the extra money to have a reputable tool. I use this to hear my families respiratory and cardiac sounds, as well a rumbling stomach. Good enough to hear the cardiac valves and the pulse.
