Hi quality & great flavor
Even in a large US metropolitan area, Merguez Sausage can be hard to find. My time is too valuable to find a local place to buy these. They were expensive on Amazon, but arrived quickly and were high quality. I used them in a stuffed acorn squash recipe (Chef John) that I made for my family on Thanksgiving. Everyone enjoyed them.

Ok but not as good as I’ve had in Tunisia.
I bought this as a surprise for someone who loves tasty lamb. He said it was great and ate most of it. I t,ride it and found it pleasant enough but not like the “real thing”. Wouldn’t buy again, sadly.

Great flavor but do not bite down too hard. I just tell my guests that til I find a different brand that will not crack a tooth.

Has bones inside the sausage!
They were pieces of bones in more than one sausages that chipped one of my teeth! Also, there was no taste to it.

I like these sausages.
I ordered one package and wished I had ordered about four more. They were delicious. I liked the simple instructions for preparing them, too.

That's lamb
These are excellent. It is hard to find even in Europe real 100% lamb sausages. Butchers always add beef or even pork. I would buy zillions of those if cheaper.

Terrible excuse for genuine Moroccan Sausage
I have lived in Morocco for almost two years during four separate assignments. for the Fuller Company. I love the culture, the land, it's people and their foods. I ate Merguez sausage at least once a week. I love it. I have made my own which is very close to what i ate when in Tamara, Rabat, Sidi Ifni and Agadir. This purchase was a complete waste of money. It isn't even close in texture and does not come close to the wonderful blend of spice and herbs. Do not buy this bogus product.
