Had the opportunity to use these products on myself at a hotel in California and absolutely loved how my hair felt afterwards. I tend not to use a lot of products in my hair and seemed to help tremendously with frizz control. The fragrance is amazing! So, when it went on sale I had to buy it!

Love this stuff! We got this as a sample to try the products before we purchase them for our VRBO rental. It smells like a spa and feels like a spa when you’re using them. The shampoo and conditioner worked great on my easy to tangle hair. The soap was great, did not leave a residue. I’m not a huge lotion person, but I felt like this lotion was light and went on fairly easy and absorbed quickly.

It has a pleasant green tea flavor smell and looks nice. The lotion and shampoo bottles leaked out during shipping. The pumps are cheap quality and the silver plastic around the neck of bottles are not the tightest which is why the lotion and shampoo leaked out. I got it for my extended stay guests and don't have time to return it and get a new set. It was freezing temperatures up here in the Pacific Northwest, some of the contents of the bottle had frozen which is probably why it had leaked out. I have an airbnb, and bought these to try out at the property. I did not like these at all - left my skin dry and kind of irritated, and had a very strong scent. I ended up not using them and donated them.

It's a great product...the fragrance is fresh and clean smelling, and works well with my sensitive skin, the only problem is that the pump on the shampoo does NOT work properly, I have to twist off the pump in order to get any out...the other pumps all worked perfectly on the bottles...I do love this product quite well, cleans the skin/hair very nicely!

Very much a hotel Shampoo, Conditioner, shower gel and lotion. Lotion and conditioner are thin, and shampoo and shower gel don't lather very well. It's not bad, just not what we were looking to deploy our our airbnb.

These items are great for my Airbnb. Smell great and work even better, I get great reviews for my renters.

I have been using the shampoo for a year now. I just ordered the 4 pack that has shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash. It is the best shampoo I have ever used. Now I am in love with the other products as well!
