the set is nice does the job as required.

I bought these a little while back but wanted to wait to review them until I'd used all five pieces. . The vivid orange color practically screams "Be careful!" as it should and the rubber foam pads are appropriately grippy to help control your work (and can, according to the seller, be washed, though I haven't had the need to do that yet). I find the safety-V push stick to be used frequently and the small, angled handle push block to be the other used fairly often. The narrow push stick is good for narrow stockwidth (between the blade and the fence). I've only used the small angled push block once or twice but expect it to be more useful when I finish my router table, using the angled handle to push toward the fence and into the router bit; I don't recommend using it between the saw blade and the fence due to the angle and the chance of slipping. Finally, the long, double handle push block really seems best for use with longer stock and long infeed and outfeed tables so I won't be using it again for a while. . Overall, this is a very nice set for the money and for the potential increase in safety. I rate it 4.5*, rounded up.

For the price these are good, the rubber on bottom of the flat push blocks collects dust and small wood chips/debris and i have to clean prior to use, The handles are smooth and offer no eaxtra gripping when hands are sweaty from hot shop on hot days, a file and sand paper making relief grooves on handles help. Good tool for price,, Just starting out in woodworking and need extra or back up push sticks/blocks for the price they are decent,,, Needs slight modifications,, Next time i will save my money and make my own wooden push sticks/blocks.

Great inexpensive safety gift for friends with table saws.

They are cheap, orange, ugly, and (strong) plastic but they are sized well for wide range use, grip fairly well, and most important... they will keep your fingers on your hand. I'm now using these on a 700 lb., 5 hp, Baileigh that will gladly leave you armless in the blink of an eye... ..with just a sneeze or a split-second lapse of concentration ...and I feel comfortably safe using these push blocks. NOTE: If you are new to table saws do NOT let a push block give you a false sense of security. People still lose fingers while using push blocks (sadly, i've witnessed this) so respect the saw, operate ONLY if you are 100% focused on your work, and NEVER let the fact that you are, at any second... just an inch or so away... or just one, slight distraction away....from having a body part amputated...NEVER let that VERY REAL fact leave your mind while working, never move your hands towards, or reach in to grab your work at the blade until the motor COMPLETELY STOPS spinning. Wait 'til you hear SILENCE before a move.. Even as the blade slows to a halt, even that very last (slow) spin or two can still amputate a finger. Even when using these safety blocks, RESPECT THE SAW!!!

This variety pack of push blocks and sticks is ideal for most woodworkers and hobbyists. They are visible, strong and grip wood pieces well. A practical safety item for use with powered table and miter saws! Good luck shopping.

The pieces are well made and functional but the question is: why did I impulse buy these? They’re attractive and seem to cover all the push-need basics. What I forgot was “ you’ve been running saws for 40 years, still have all your digits, and always come up with whatever scrap is needed to do a safe push. Next click please…..”
