This lamp is beautiful. It arrived in perfect condition; the packing material protected it well.It was not difficult to assemble. The lamp is heavy and appears very sturdy.I have ordered a second lamp for my son and his wife.

An attractive, good quality lamp with a nicely constructed shade and a heavy base. A little complex to assemble (directions could be better written) l had a few flawed parts, but Amazon quickly replaced them. A nice addition to my study!

Love the lamps! I ordered 2 pole lamps right after Christmas and the lamps were gorgeous but the lampshades were both broken. I contacted the dealer and they immediately said they would send new shades Feb. 1, when they were back in stock. I received the shades around the 7th of Feb. and they were unbroken. The dealer didn't ask for pictures or returns that would cost me money. I am extremely satisfied with the service I got and I love the lamps. It was easy for me to put them together, even though other reviews say they were hard. Just follow the instructions before trying to assemble.

Beautiful lamp, heavy-duty quality. My only negative is actually a positive. It was SO well and heavily packaged it was hard to get everything out of the box to assemble. Had to cut the box and foam packing into pieces to get everything out. But without all that it probably wouldn't have made it through shipping. The lamp is beautiful and worth the trouble!

This was so easy to put together and adds so much class to the room I have it in. I could not be happier with this.

This lamp arrived with three separate broken panes of glass and missing lead in places. One of the panes is broken in two places and unstable. The design is very pretty, but for almost $200 I expect to receive a lamp that is not broken.

Lamp shade came with a crack we noticed. If they replace it, it’s worth 5 starsAbsolutely beautiful lamp. I would recommend it and buy again.My only cons are that I’m not fond of the finish of the light pole and that the lamp I think needs to sit an extra 4”-6” taller.

After 4 months the plastic pieces of lamp came unglued and started to separate. I contacted the company and although it took some time they replaced the shade. We are happy with the outcome and hope the replacement does the trick.
