Narrow book, far fewer songs than some others in this series. However, if you're a Nirvana fan, this is a goldmine. I especially love the inclusion of songs from MTV Unplugged - Jesus Doesn't Want Me For a Sunbeam, The Man Who Sold the World, etc. Tip for my fellow novices: There are many non-standard chord voicings in this book, as Kurt was famously non-traditional as a guitarist. Keep in mind that when you encounter something like F#7add9, you can simply play an F# chord. Musicians can modify, augment, or embellish chords in many ways, but the base chord will still work in a simple sing-and-strum campfire type situation.

This was a gift for my stepdad and he loved it, he’s a huge nirvana fan and plays guitar but he learned all their songs 20+years ago so playing from memory is hard. There’s some songs from Incesticide and other more obscure albums of Kurt’s which shocked me and was a good surprise!! Worth the money 1000% percent.

Nirvana is one of my favorite bands. And I believe Kurt was a brilliant songwriter and awesome guitarist who encouraged a lot of people to play guitar! I'm thrilled to come across this! It has most of my favorite songs that I've always wanted to learn to play. Reasonably priced but I was surprised at the size, really compact. Note: I'm using my mother's account.

The book is very complete. Most popular songs are included. Lyrics and chords are very easy to read and play. The book is much recommended for any fan or guitar player.

This book is just what I wanted. Most of, if not all, the famous songs are included. It’s a guitar chord songbook, not guitar tab. It’s ideal for the intermediate player or the beginner who wants to improve and learn to play these great songs. It’s a great guide for guitar playing Nirvana fans.
