heavy duty rack i bought this for 45.00 dollars and its money well spent i have 70 peaces hang on this and 20 pairs of shoes at the bottom when my friend and family come over they fell in love with it as well

sturdy. I got the package in two days
Product material is high quality; sturdy. I got the package in two days. Delivery was excellent.Found one problem - the tubes at top piece pointing down are 48" centers. The tubes at the bottom piece pointing up are +/- 44" centers. The top piece could not snap into the bottom piece. Traced problem to the the slots at the round brackets at the swinging arms not cut correctly. More metal needs to be ground off. I had to remove two screws (at the bottom piece near the wheels) at one arm to permit more movement to make it work.

The only concern I have regarding the rack, is the roller mechanism. The rollers seem to lock, until you manually turn them. If you are moving this rack, around a corner, the position of the rollers, change, and they won't rotate, again, until you manually turn them

Not easy to put up the cross bar if you are alone and not big or muscular. Ant it is very heavy!
