Exactly what I wanted as you should take twice as much calcium as magnesium and shouldn't take one without the other.

Terrible reaction!
I love the brand but these calcium pills caused me severe ear pain. I went to the Dr, he saw no ear infection but the pain was so bad I couldn't chew properly. I wasn't sure so I stopped taking them and gave myself 7 days to see if the pain would subside. It was gone after 4 days.
