Q: How tight should these feel? i got the xl, and i feel like my mouth is being rubber banded shut. does it break in?

I feel the same way but also haven't broken it in yet. I wear a 7 5/8 hat and the XL is super tight. Nearly unbearable.

fine, it works fine with a back zip wetsuit, they are separate,, you put the wet suit on, and you put the hood on, fine, no problem,
