Bought this item one evening this week and delivered early the next morning. It is fab. Have thrown away my old iron. It slices through creases like a hot knife through butter. So easy to use and a bargain price too. I will be buying another for my family.

Bought this as the wife can't iron normally so bought a steam one. She swears by it. It's very portable and very good quality. Doesn't take long to warm up. Cord length could potentially be a bit longer but overall a great steam iron.

Right off the bat, I can tell it’s not THAT lightweight so not suitable for holding it for ages. But it is a lot lighter than an average iron. It isn’t as small as I thought it would be but I think you can still travel with it though. If you put it in a carry-on bag, it would take up a bit of space. It came with English instructions unlike other reviews say. I also love that there is a pouch to keep it safe when traveling or to keep it dust-free. The water tank is a little hard to take out but that means that it’s secure enough to not fall while you’re steaming your clothes. It only takes seconds for the light to go from red to green so this is really perfect if you’re in a hurry. The cord is long enough so you don’t have to worry if you’re steaming vertically. It’s worth noting that this really doesn’t replace an iron but it does a really good job in taking creases out of the clothes. I’ve had this for about 5-6 months now and it still works just as well as the first time. I would recommend this to people, specially those that aren’t a fan of ironing but aren’t a fan of really creasy clothes either.

This steamer is heavy! It's also not very effective at removing wrinkles. I find I have to go over and over the same area for there to be any effect, so its a slow process. I've barely used it because it's so cumbersome and awkward to use, but already the velour strip at the front has peeled off. The lead is annoyingly short. The water chamber isn't massive so if you've got a couple of items to do it will probably need refilling. On the plus side the temperature seemed fine and it didn't damage a silk blouse. But it's just too slow and too ineffective at removing even light wrinkles so I've finally decided to stop giving it cupboard space and have binned it.

Well it does steam but won't be taking it on holiday as it would take up too much room. Will stick with my small travel iron. On page 1 it says - easy to carry when travelling. Strangely on page 2 under -Warning it says - Do not use the appliance away from home ?? I bought it to use on a long chiffon dress with matching overcoat. Badly creased once out of the bag and scared to use an iron on them. Biggest draw back was the amount of times I had to refill it as each refill didn't last long. Annoyingly it makes a funny noise and stops working properly long before it's empty. It came with a fairly substantial instruction booklet - however only the first 3 pages relevant as in English the rest were in every language under the sun. However my biggest beef is on page 3 under product installation. no 2. It says - install static brush or fur brush to iron head and install correctly [see picture 3- 6] Just lovely as the box it came in had a bag to keep steamer in and a quilted glove but NO 2 different heads to attach to iron head. I would like them to send them to me. Hopefully they will???

Very easy to use and does a good job. Heats up quickly, so far no water leakage.A good size for taking on holidays. I'm very pleased with the product.

My mum has been using heavy iron with big ironing board for years so I have decided to give this a go...Used to think that a steamer cannot remove creases completely since you are not compressing the cloth in between two hard surfaces but I was wrong! This steamer worked really well! Here are some features that I really like:- Light weight --> meaning that your arm won't get tired (since you normally hang the clothes and hold the steamer in the mid-air to steam the clothes)- Adaptability --> came with two heads meaning that you can use the steamer on almost any types of clothes- Handy size --> came with a small bag which you can put the steamer in and carry it around when you travel (keep your clothes smooth as new throughout your journey and take photos with your best appearance!)- Easy to use --> detail user manual and easy water refill - no need to struggle on how to use it!- Effective --> get rid of creases within a very short period of time - save your time to do something else!- Great value --> I guess I don't need to explain this right? :DAnd so on...Definitely recommend this! You won't regret buying it!
