German product and delicious. 20% nuts. Apart from that I do not know because I no longer have the wrapper.

Q: What kind of chocolate is used in the chocolate coating? My dog ate two and I need to know if it’s dark chocolate or milk chocolate.

I'm sure your dog was ok. It's the caffeine in chocolate that is toxic. These aren't coated in a pure Chocolate (like melted chocolate) but a mixture of ingredients. I can tell you why your dog wanted them. Dogs like ginger (bread). I actually make things, i.e sweet potatoes, with ginger and cinnamon for my dog. She loves it! I do hope your pup had no negative reactions after enjoying some German yummys.
