If you use marinated meats they willl stick and burn.I like that it doesn’t use any coatings since they are bad for your health

I used it once and the shape of the center plate warped as I cooked with it. The food that got burnt on was impossible to clean off even after soaking in hot water and using steel wool. Had to throw it away after first use because it would get clean. Over all poor quality and would not recommend it.

Inexpensive, does the job. Definitely not a non stick. But since it's steel, I used steel scrub to clean.

I don’t have a gas range so I bought an electric hot plate for bbq. Most of these are made from gas with a sharp bottom and a detent to line up the grate. I bought one of those by mistake. This has a flat bottom that encompasses the round element and sits perfectly on the hot plate housing. I’m sure it can work just as well on a gas range but it fit my application as I needed.

After my first use, the coating got dark and immediately lost its protection.

Love this product definitely worth every dollar

It’s fine for like the first 15 minutes but after that you have to wash it. It’s very thin so it gets hot right away making it faster for the meat to stick onto it. You’re better off paying a little extra for better quality

I live on a sailboat and use propane stove for cooking. I find this to be very useful for cooking meats and vegetables. And if you're very careful you can toast bread with it.
