Beautiful & Substantial
If you are looking for "fine and delicate" skip these. Personally for serving cocktails at my house, I want something that can go in the dishwasher and if I accidentally drop it it's not going to shatter into a million pieces. These are heavy enough that if I'm hand washing them I don't have to worry about them breaking apart either. I love the beautiful etching on the outside. They are absolutely sturdy for keeping in the freezer so that your coupe glass is ice cold waiting for the cocktail. I've used these glasses for over a year now and they were one of the best buys I've had. I returned a more expensive version made by the same company because they were simply too delicate and I knew that even when I was hand washing them, I was in danger of them breaking.

Great all-around Nick & Nora glasses
These are great all-around Nick & Nora glasses. They have a larger capacity and complement my favorite Riedel glasses which are a bit smaller (those max out at a 3 oz. drink plus dilution; 4 ounces to the brim). These glasses up that volume so you can hold a 4 oz. drink (plus dilution), and are getting a lot of use. Also I should note that my first set arrived with scratches, but when I reached out to the provided email on the issue I was immediately shipped a new set, so kudos to the The History Company for standing behind their glasses.

Great martini glass, perfect sized
Packaging is great - well protected, a couple recipes, and a bit of history included. Quality looks very high, not some cheaply made product - has some heft to it. Holds a perfect amount - 4-5 oz and stays cold. Looks just like the ones from the movies. Unfortunately, I'll never be a "thin" man, LOL.

Perfect for a manhattan
I wish I could show you the great photos I took of a Manhattan in this pretty, sturdy glass, and show you the impressive packaging with the little backstory, black and white glossy photo of the “thin man” actors, and cocktail recipes. Unfortunately I can’t because Amazon is not allowing me to add new photos to my gallery. It allowed me to add photos for another item I reviewed two minutes ago, and it has decided that those are the only photos that can be in its gallery. Amazon, please take note and fix this issue! Anyway, it’s pretty, does have visible seams which make me think they should cost less than $18 each, fortunately not very noticeable, and truly measures 5.5 ounces. When you open the box, it’s filled with foam popcorn under which you will find the two glasses, wrapped in bubble wrap. If I had bought these as a gift for someone else, I would remove all that and rewrap the glasses in nice tissue, with extra tissue for padding, and it would be quite a nice presentation.

Perfect !
Beautiful and well-made. I gave them as a gift and my friend was very very happy. I am always particular about the glasses that I use and these are fun. Good quality with a nice lip.

Fair value mid-quality product
I often favor Riedel glassware and was seeking to add some variety to my cocktail glasses. Upon reading reviews of the Riedel Nick and Nora cocktail glasses, they were reviewed as lower quality than their typical glassware and I decided to pursue alternatives. I was hoping for a quality similar to the quality of Riedel Veritas line or better. Crystal that's light, seamless, and above average quality. While this product is a fair price and decently made, it is unfortunately not of that quality. They should be suitable for heavier duty use, they're thicker glass. The glasses are seamless. The packaging is a suitable gift box and I appreciated the card with the cocktail recipes as well as the history. I was disappointed to discover "peanut" packing material in the box. If you're looking for a unique gift for a cocktail enthusiast, this would be a candidate. Given that "Nick and Nora" glasses are a niche product, I suspect there are limited options for higher quality. I'm going to keep them; they will be an additional option at cocktail parties. If you want classic cocktail glasses of the highest quality, consider Riedel Veritas or Superleggero coupe glass.

worth a bit more for quality
Love these glasses. I’ve bought 5 sets from this company so far & they’re perfect. each has a little heft to them, a substantial lip & stem - I’ve had another brand that shattered when i grabbed it with the dish cloth, but not these. mind you they’re glass so I always hand wash them, but these feel solid. no seams, no bubbles, & a perfect historical size & style. only time I had a problem, cracked in shipment, I emailed the company per the info card & a replacement was in the mail next business day. worth the little extra price for quality.

I bought these glasses as a gift for my daughter and we both love them. Just the right thickness and very elegant! Nicely packaged too so if you're gifting these they will not disappoint! Highly recommend.

By far the most classy Martini glasses I've seen and great packaging so these are the perfect gift.

Pretty but the lip of the glass is double then thickness, which on hindsight makes sense so that you can thr depth in the etching/markings. This is only an issue if you this matters to you. But for me, any glass with a thinner/wall lip makes a huge positive difference to the tasting of a drink. Think sipping whisky with a Glencairn glass vs a normal tumbler. But ultimately my fault for not taking note of the last pic. But they are pretty glasses though.
