Great SI Belt
Surprisingly effective. Gives instant support, stays in place, and reduces hip and lower back tension during long days. Lightweight and discreet under clothing. Big difference for daily comfort and pain relief.

Helps with hip pain and sciatica
I've been dealing with trochanteric bursitis and a glute muscle strain that is causing sciatica symptoms. I'm in PT but that hasn't been helping much. I decided to try a belt and this one sounded like a good one. So far I am very happy with it. It was very easy to get on and to get the amount of support that I wanted. While I still have some pain, the belt offers support and stabilization that makes sitting and standing much more comfortable. For reference, I am 5'4, 115 lbs and ordered the regular size. The petite size would have been too small.

🌟 🌟🌟🌟Good
I notice a reduction in pain when I wear it. However, it does slide up; I have to adjust it from time to time. Otherwise, it is a functional-quality product that I decided to keep. It is a good support when I have to be on my feet all day.

Wish I had bought this one sooner!
Wish I had bought this hip belt sooner! I’m in physical therapy to treat a nerve pain issue, and my PT told me to try a back brace for when I have to sit or stand for long periods of time. Given my commute can be anywhere from 1.5-2 hrs, I took her advice and picked up a Mueller back brace that day. Now—in the Mueller’s defense—I’m a very short individual. While the brace helped when standing, it was too big for sitting. Which is why I wanted to give this belt a try. I got it in today and I’m so happy it works so well! It sits on the hip and helps with lower back pain. I need it for a possible disc issue which is making my hip and knee hurt. I tried it on as soon as it came in, and it’s comfortable and easy to move around in while having that needed compression. It sits well under loose clothing. The widest part on the back is 4” wide while the front straps are just over 3.5” wide. Compared to the Mueller (which does work well), the Vriksasana is so much easier to move around in. I also appreciate the silicone grips on the inside that help keep the belt in place.

I owe my mobility to this belt! You need it!
I am 38 and I owe my mobility entirely to this belt. I have congenital disc hypoplasia meaning my L5-S1 disc was underdeveloped. It has worn down quickly over time as a result and with it being weak I herniated my L4. When I tell you I couldn’t get away from the pain I mean it. Nothing was bringing relief. The least amount of pain was when I was laying down but it still hurt. I couldn’t roll from my back to my side. I had to pull myself with my hands. I could not stand, could not get up and down from the toilet, could not bend to wipe myself. I would get almost all the way stood up and sharp stabbing pain would prevent me from being able to straighten to stand up the rest of the way. I have never been in the type of pain I can’t power through but this was my limit. I bought a hydraulic bed topper to help me get in and out of bed by raising me up. I bought a handicap/elderly raised toilet seat. It’s essentially a walker with a seat on it that is six inches higher than my toilet. Which those things did help BUT I wasn’t improving at all just maintaining. I bought this belt and the relief is PRICELESS! Within 48 hours I was able to walk with reduced pain, I can now get up and down off of my bed with reduced pain so that I don’t need to put my full body weight on a cane and claw my way to standing. I removed the bed topper because I don’t need it now. Is the pain zero? No. BUT it’s manageable! I can put on my own socks, I can use the restroom with dignity and not need assistance, I can stand up without my cane, I can walk up my stairs one foot in front of the other instead of one at a time clinging to the railing and praying I don’t drop. Since getting the belt my recovery is feeling consistent for the first time. I actually feel like this pain won’t just be my life forever. So so so grateful to this belt! If you have radiating pain in your hips, have sciatic pain shooting through your cheek down the back of your leg into your knee or experiencing debilitating lower back pain I am telling you this band is the one. It’s one of the only ones I could find for a plus size person too. I am five foot six 224 pounds. I got the XL and it’s a great fit.

Helping me out with pain, but not so durable, and the sizing might be a little off
Update: After wearing the belt for about 3 days the fabric starting getting itchy against my skin (as some of the stitching around the rubber parts has thick and point thread) so I have been wearing it on top of my shirt/pants to keep it off my skin. Now I'm at the 1.5 weeks mark, and I've found that the elastic is already starting to stretch out and I'm getting much less relief. I have to stretch the belt as far and as tight as I possibly can and have the elastic bands overlapping each other just to get the same tightness I got without stretching the belt part at all when I got it. So durability on this product is not so good. The instructions tell you to wear it for two weeks, and this is not marketed as a one time use product, so I expected more out of it. I'll leave my original review below: I have sacroiliitis, and it's been particularly bad lately, to the point where my normal exercises and stretches weren't helping. I didn't really expect this belt to do anything for me, but I wore it all day yesterday and honestly, it actually helped quite a bit. I felt pain relief pretty quickly, and it felt comfortable all day (as long as I wasn't bending over more than a sitting position with good posture). I even slept with it on, and definitely had an easier time falling asleep and staying asleep. It wasn't really comfortable to fall asleep in, but the slight discomfort outweighs my typical back pain that wakes me up and causes me to change positions all the time. Build quality feels nice, but this is only day 2 so I can't speak on durability of the Velcro or belt itself. If it falls apart at some point, I'll come back and update my review. As a side note, my weight has been up and down lately but I think my waste is about a 34-36" right now, so I grabbed the size that starts at 32". I have to strap this thing on as tight as the elastic can go to feel the most relief, and it doesn't feel like I'm making it too tight. I'm not going to return it to find out for sure, but if you're right near the edge of two sizes, it might be better to go with the smaller one.

Good for my EDS
I deal with SI joint dysfunction from my connective tissue disorder. Long story short, I have issues walking because of it and lots of pain. I've had injections, PT, etc. Yes all of it is short term, next step is surgery but in the interim, this item has helped me tremendously. It gives me immediate relief. I definitely recommend for people with a connective tissue disorder.

Great Fitting and Helpful when Used Consecutive Days
I’ve been using the Vriksasana Posture Sacroiliac Hip Belt for a while now, and it has genuinely made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort. If you struggle with SI joint instability, sciatic pain, pelvic discomfort, or low‑back tension, this belt offers steady, reliable support without feeling bulky or restrictive. The compression is firm but comfortable, and I appreciate that it stays in place during walking, chores, or light exercise. It’s one of those products that quietly becomes part of your routine because it simply works. The only downside I’ve experienced is that it can be a bit tricky to wear underneath clothes, especially fitted styles. It’s not impossible — just something to be aware of if you prefer a completely seamless look. That said, the support it provides outweighs the minor inconvenience for me. Overall, the Vriksasana SI belt is a well‑designed, effective tool for managing hip and lower‑back pain, and I’m glad to have it in my wellness toolkit.
