The 30 Day Challenge Book: 500 Ideas to Inspire Your Life Paperback – December 24, 2016

This book is like a buffet. It has a wonderful (and nicely organized) variety and I feel there are more than a few things in here for pretty much everyone, and I think anything that doesn't leave you feeling interested, inspired, or motivated is likely going to be exactly what somebody else was looking for. Personally I've seen very few things in here that didn't at least pique my interest.

Obviously it's hard to come up with 500 actually unique ideas, but some were quite similar right on the same page. Lots of versions of talking to new people, for example. Still it was a really fun read and I wrote quite a few down as ideas for myself!

Surprised this book only has a couple reviews. It's a really helpful book that you can flip through and instantly find inspiring things to do. It's one that I will keep coming back to. After only 3 days of reading already taking on 3 challenges for 30 days. If you feel stuck in anyway this book might just get you out of your rut.

I received this book a while back and have been reviewing different categories since then. I was looking for something to shake things up and stir the creative processes. I'm still looking. Out of 500 ideas (some of them rewording of the same idea) I found about 200 that were kinda interested to me. Of these only a handful were inspiring. This will be one of those books I put in my "If You Want It -- Take It" box. I was quite surprised by the number of prompts that I already practice. Quite frankly this book could be drilled down to pages 143-161, which list the headings of the prompts in the front of the book.

As the reviews mainly stated this had a bunch of suggested 30 day challenges, no pictures, no thrills, no extra fancy anything. however I wanted it because I am very nostaglia I like to have phyical books in front of me to mark off and say I accomplished them etc. So it does what I need it to do. so no complaints for me.

Great suggestions in this book! Looking forward to trying some of these.

It's not really a book to read so much as it just has a million random suggestions which would be fine except nothing is related. Completely random and I didn't find many ideas I was interested in.
